I placed an order for a trial of Reversaderm instant lifting creme, & Flawless Youth skin care for $4.95 & 5.00. It was not clear to me that after 14 days the credit card i used would be billed an additional $89.41 & $94.90. I didn't realize it until I received another shipment of these 1 oz only items (which I wasn't aware they would send). I thought I was only paying the $9.95 and that was it. I told my step dad (whose credit card I used) to check his statement for charges. They had billed it for the $4.95, $5,00 $89.41, $94.90, $94.36, and $99.90!! I couldn't believe it! I called the company right away, and explained I thought it was only $4.95 & $5.00, and that there was no way I could afford it, and wanted to return the items. I called on 2/10/17 at 4:36 pm and spoke to Shameka. She said I could only return the 2nd set of items for a refund. That means the first items cost me $94.36 and $99.90 instead of just $4.95 & $5.00, and I could not return them now. She then said I could only return the 2nd set and that they would need to be received by them within 21 days. She gave me the order #'s & RMA #'s and said to put them on the outside of package as well as inside. She also said several times, she recommends getting a tracking # "AS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL". She gave me this address to send the items to: HR Fullfillment 3202 W Hillsborough Ave #153201-1168 Tampa, FL 33684. This is also the exact address that shows on the emails she sent confirming my cancellation. My step dad has the Post Office program online to print out the label etc for the tracking. When he put the address in, it kept changing the zip from 33684 to 33614. Here's the kicker... I entered the address on USPS.com-zip to find the correct zip code to use. It said the post office DOES NOT DELIVER TO THAT ADDRESS. IT SAID THAT ANYTHING MAILED THERE WOULD BE RETURNED TO ME!!! I don't know what to do now... I am disabled and receive very little income, and need to pay my step dad for any charges I can't get credited. I am sure a lot of elderly people fall victim to this scam. So very sad and horrible. PLEASE HELP.
