I ordered a product from this company in the beginning of August. Three months later I have still not received my product. They refuse to give me a refund. Anytime they do reply to me. It is extending my wait time by 3 to 5 weeks. I’ve asked for a refund several times and they will not give me my money and they will not send a product. I have googled the reviews and this seems to be consistent with their brand. I don’t believe this is a real company. I think this is a person scamming other people. The scam needs to be shut down as soon as possible.

I placed an order in June of 2022 for an item that was listed as a pre-order, expected to ship in 2-4 weeks. 7 weeks have passed since and I have received nothing. No response from customer support either. I decided to look into the reviews and found so many complaints and reports against this company dating back to 2018, and found that the owner has been sued multiple times for shady business practices and copyright infringement. Do not buy from this company!

Purchased for my second time for my daughter.
We ordered her Jeans on Nov 23 2021. From our previous experience with them we did expect a delay however, it is now mid Feb 2022 and we have yet to receive our order. I have been the one contacting them they have never reached out to provide us with an update. Back in Dec 2021 I contacted them after/before X-MAS and was informed it would be 1-2 more weeks. I emailed them this month and was informed due to COVID-19 unexpected delay. They offered me store credit as well and if I can go online and select a different pair of jeans that they could ship out in 1 week. I was informed to look for jeans that said "ship 2-3 days". My daughter went online did not see anything else she liked and checked on the jeans that she had ordered they say her size will ship "2-3 days". We will be reaching out to them regarding this.

On October 2, 2021 I purchased a pair of jeans. After waiting two months I contacted them because they Had not been shipped. They told me to wait two more weeks. It has now been three months and I have not received my order. I tried canceling it at the two month mark twice. They ignored my request for cancellation/refund completely. They literally just said it will arrive soon. Upon doing further research this is common practice from this website and many others are not even receiving the correct products/sizing. I paid a lot of money for these pants and given that it’s been a quarter of the year in the horrible customer service that I have endured I definitely no longer want these pants and I want a refund. Because I reached out to them before shipping it to me on multiple occasions they are no longer wanting to issue me a refund by an exchange. I don’t want to wait three more months for another product. I just want my money back! This is poor business practice. Three months for a pair of pants?! That’s ridiculous! I would love to attach a picture of the image however I have yet to receive it still.

Legit ordered back in December 2020. It’s May 2021. I’ve sent multiple emailed and contacted their support team. All they said was it would take 2-3 weeks. Such a scam I never got what I ordered and never got a refund either.
After about 10 emails and service complaints I sent them an aggressive email siting e-commerce laws and they have yet to respond. I expect what I ordered or a refund. I get covid causes delays but they didn’t even offer me a refund once.

Don’t fall for the 2-3 business day shipping it will be weeks before your item even ships & when you bring it up to them they will just ignore the fact their website was labeled wrong.

I’ll be surprised if I get what I ordered at all judging by the reviews

I ordered three pairs of jeans on October 27th, 2020 at the time of writing this review it has been 19 weeks since then and I have still not received my order. At the time of ordering their website said it would be 2-4 weeks until I got my jeans.

I would completely understand if it needed to take longer than 2-4 weeks but 19 weeks is unacceptable. I reached out to Revice on January 23rd because I hadn't heard anything about my order. On January 25th they got back to me and I was told my order would be shipping out “within the week.” After that, I heard nothing and did not get a shipping notification so I reached out again on February 3rd. On February 5th I was told one of my pairs of jeans would be shipping "next-week". I emailed again on February 8th to check in on the other two pairs of jeans I ordered and was told on February 8th the other two pairs would be shipping out “within the next 3-4 weeks”. I was then contacted 10 days later on February 18th and told one of the jeans I ordered was "no longer in production" and that I would not be receiving them. I cannot understand that after weeks of me reaching out and checking in on my order, it took over 17 weeks to tell me I could no longer get one of the pairs.

On February 24 I sent a detailed email giving an overview of how terrible this process has been and asking what could be done to make up for it. Revice has completely ghosted me with absolutely no response. It is clear they have chosen to ignore my email because all of my previous emails were responded to within 3 days.

It is now March 3rd and just yesterday I finally received one of the pairs I ordered, with no update on the other pair I ordered and paid for on October 27th. I also have not received any word about the status of the pair I ordered as a replacement for the “no longer in production” jeans. At this point, Revice feels like a complete scam. I just want the jeans I paid for. Learn from my experience and do not order from this company.

Spend over $100 AND THEY WILL NOT SEND ME MY JEANS! Want my money back but they will not give me. A WHOLE SCAM. PLEASE USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

I keep seeing frequent ads for SALE items on Instagram in regards to the company allegedly called Revice Denim. They advertise all of these jeans that are on sale 24/7. I decided to order two pairs of jeans because they offer a “free T-shirt” with the purchase. I ordered the jeans on August 4th, 2020 for a total of $134.00 US dollars. They just now, September 8th, 2020, sent me the first pair along with the T-Shirt. When I go to open the package, the jeans I had been waiting for called the “x-Boyfriend / Player” have a great deal of red ink down the right pant leg. I filed a complaint via email and I was emailed back basically being told to send them back for credit. Due to all the other complaints on the ScamPulse.com I am scared I will return the jeans and not receive credit back. When I asked if they could just send me the pair again via email, they sent me a very aggressive email back stating I needed to go report it to their returns page and wait for credit. I am still waiting on the second pair of jeans to arrive. I don’t understand why they advertise so many products when they do not have any products to give to their customers. Many are left without even a single pair sent to them. This business needs to be confronted.

I ordered these items on July 22, 2020

I received only the shorts just a week ago and did not like them, so I returned them. I asked for my money returned to my card because I do not like their clothes or their customer service. I spoke with several reps, emailing back and forth for weeks, to no avail. They will not return my money. I never received my jeans I ordered or that free tee they were giving me. This is a scam! I live in LA , where their distribution center is.. How have I not received my other items yet?? They're evasive to my questions, and have not returned my money, only offering store credit. Which is not good enough. I've researched more into this company and they have only been open for 4 years and have 568 complaints many many others losing their money!! They have an F from the ScamPulse.com and have many complaints unanswered. Enough is enough, this company shouldn't even be able to operate like this. I will not be another statistic. I want my money back.

I ordered from revice denim, my payment was processed and taken out of my bank account and I have not received my products. This company is using my money for their business without sending me the products that were advertised online and that I placed an order for.

This company does not send the merchandise after placing an order. Your account is debited immediately but no merchandise is ever sent. No tracing number or delivery service info provided. I've been calling emailing and no way of reaching them by phone. I want my money back!

On Nov. 1, 2018 I placed an order for 4 pairs of jeans from a company called Revice Denim. After waiting three months I received 1 of 4 pairs of pants, after that it took until 8/27/2019 to receive all four pairs. During this time I made hundreds of attempts to cancel my order and receive a refund which they do not do apparently. I was very frustrated at points which may have helped speed things along I’m not sure. Which is completely unnecessary, I do not want to come off as a ‘Karen’ I have worked I customer service for years but come on this was ridiculous. If I did receive a pair they ran small and i would have to exchange them which was a nightmare and I never was able to get a correct fit. I gave up after a while & caved to the now very realistic idea that the other three would not fit and I couldn’t get my money back & the thought of having to return more of them made me want to rip my own eyes out. I did stop sipping my self loathing [censored] juice and realize I should have looked them up sooner. Over all yes, yes this company is a HUGE SCAM. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I placed an order with this company December 21st, 2019. Days later they sent me an email saying they will send the tracking information when the item ships out. Over a month and $65 later, I have never received so much as a tracking number or the item. I’ve reached out to them in every way possible to no avail, they have no product to offer and it’s a scam.

Is anyone else being ignored by Revice after placing an order. 1. My online order was placed almost 5 months ago. 2. Still have not received any shipping confirmation. 3. No one at Revice has reached back out to the almost 6 emails sent, Instagram messages, Facebook messages, and website contacts regarding my order. There are currently 122 files against Revice. This company needs to be put out of scamming people.

Revice has popped up several times in my ads on Facebook and Instagram. They show hip, tan models wearing funky vintage style jeans— it’s very curated.

I ordered a denim jumpsuit mid-may that said it would ship out on May 25th. Over two months later, I still don’t have anything. Each time I email them, I wait a week to get a form email back saying how sorry they are and hey know how frustrating it can be, and that it will just be “another week or so.”

They’ve already taken my money, and never shipped anything, and it doesn’t look like they have any plans to ship. They have disabled all online forms of review, except the ScamPulse.com which they have no control over. Their review page has one star— everyone complaining that they’ve been waiting months to receive their item. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. The clothes are cute and look unique, but you will never receive them.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice over a year ago and never received them! I have emailed them and messaged them on Instagram multiple times now. They have yet to reply!

I purchased a pair of jeans and two t shirts from Revice on April 10th. The jeans were on pre-order and set to ship the week of April 25th. That week comes around and the expected ship date is pushed out again. And when that date came around, it was pushed out AGAIN. I keep sending emails to the email provided on the site for order assistance and have got no response. Other users have had similar issues and left comments notifying other shoppers on the ScamPulse.com website. There is also a lot of information missing on their terms and condition page. For instance, i have copied from their website what it says about the governing law:

"SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (Insert Address)."

It only says "insert address", but does not give the actual state of the laws that they are abiding by.
