Ordered this product online for free trial and paid for shipping and handling. No where did it say it will start a subscription with 14 days unless consumer calls to cancel and it costs $ 190.86 for the two products I ordered trial for. There was no communication - email or phone on the subscription. Only found it out when the charges showed up on my credit card statement. Complete scam. Called and they refused to give a full-refund. So far only received refund of $89.57 out of $190.86.
