after receiving the product, I put brand new batteries in it and did what the instructions told me to do however the foot massager did absolutely NOTHING. I began emailing the company about April 10th, maybe a day or 2 before that, they were very polite and gave me many different "suggestions" on how to make it work. Like push the center button 5 times, then....bluh, bluh bluh, now I have 19 emails that I will copy and send were they even ask for video evidence that it doesn't work. I SENT THEM 4 VIDEOS! Their response...Our specialized team says, sorry, but we think it should work fine, so we are not going to refund or replace! My last couple of emails were not very nice but I am angry. I will now copy the emails to give you an idea of their "customer service".

Kindly try this troubleshooting:

After pressing the middle button, put your both feet on it and keep pressing the middle button, you will soon get a response

The first button after switching on is the gear change, press the middle button 5 times in succession to put it in working condition

Let me know if this works. If not, we are glad to process a replacement.

How would you rate the help Jewel gave you?

I am just wondering what is happening with the results of my faulty foot massager? I have sent the video and have also tried all of the tips that you and Jewel have given me. Are you going to send me a new unit or refund? Just curious.

Thank you for following up. I already sent a follow up request to our team regarding your concern. As per our specialized team, the foot massager is only useful with bare feet

Can you please try to use it with bare feet, then I'll coordinate this again with them.

I AM NOT GOING TO PLAY NICE ANYMORE!!! I paid $50 for this piece of crap that doesn't work!!! I have since found out that I could have bought the same thing at Walmart for $10. You have given me nothing but the runaround and I have complied with every one of your "suggestions". Now I have one for you, REPLACE my massager! How many effing times do I have to TRY your "try this suggestions" before YOU decide that YOUR equipment is faulty?? MAKE THIS RIGHT!
