After pressing the middle button, put your both feet on it and keep pressing the middle button, you will soon get a response
The first button after switching on is the gear change, press the middle button 5 times in succession to put it in working condition

I AM NOT GOING TO PLAY NICE ANYMORE!!! I paid $50 for this piece of crap that doesn't work!!! I have since found out that I could have bought the same thing at Walmart for $10. You have given me nothing but the runaround and I have complied with every one of your "suggestions". Now I have one for you, REPLACE my massager! How many effing times do I have to TRY your "try this suggestions" before YOU decide that YOUR equipment is faulty?? MAKE THIS RIGHT!
