Scammer. Wanted to upsell me but I didn't take the bait. I told them I didn't need the $100 that badly. It listed the same address but there was a different phone number. 1-888-344-2749. Showed my claim # as EC34150. I talked with them for quite a while as the fellow on the phone was polite enough and really thought I needed the money. I told him that I should not have to pay money to get the $100.

My mom received a postcard saying "FINAL NOTICE" about an "unclaimed reward". When she called, the representative upsold several services, saying they were free trials or low-cost. They said they would send a gift card and information for $3.49. Nothing ever arrived in the mail and none of the services were provided or used. Instead, monthly payments were taken out for four services: Club Save, LLC, Identity Services LLC, Magazines 24/7 LLC, and Oncall Health LLC. The payments were made under "check" numbers, so the organizations names did not show up on the bank statements. They looked like ordinary charges, except that the check numbers were not normal. In viewing the check image online, you can see the company names. When I called to cancel and refund the money, they offered one month back. I finally got them to return three months' worth of charges ($350). They said they could not return more than that, and that they had my mom on a recording accepting the offers, and they would not play the recording without an affidavit.
