Mr. Cristhian Reyes claims to be a professional photographer and offers photography and video packages for events through Instagram where in his profile he has a link where he offers you his service as a photographer. I required his photographer services for my daughter's 15th birthday. The agreement was through texts and by phone. He sent me a contract by email which I signed and we also closed a deal on the price of 1,400 dollars for a package that included photos and videos. His services as a photographer were made in three payments. The first payment was on June 2, 2024 of 500 dollars through an electronic payment through square.link, to save the date, the second payment was on the day of the event, June 29. of 2024 and he was given 500 dollars which was in cash, and the last payment was on July 8, 2024 through an electronic payment through square.link the amount of 400 dollars, and in the contract it said that he would deliver the photos and videos taken on the day of the event when giving the last payment, in which he has not fulfilled his part of sending us the photos and videos, we have sent him texts and he only responds with that he is going to send them and now He doesn't respond to messages or his phone and has blocked us. My mistake was not having reviewed any review of this person who calls himself a photographer, we have seen and read and unfortunately he is a scammer who has behaved with other people in the same way that he is doing with me, stealing their money and scamming them with a photography service that he It's pure lie.
