I ordered an item from an instagram ad on 10/30/2024. I received an email for shipping information on 10/31/2024 that it was being shipped from China. I received a notification saying the package was delivered on 11/15/2024, and the package was nowhere to be found. Contact email was unresponsive, tracking website contact also unresponsive, and the vendor did not post contact information. The "contact us" link on their website redirects to their home page.
