Received a letter in the mail that looks like it was addressed by a 4th grader in huge strokes with a magic marker. The address leads to a postal box at "Letter Annex". A remote mail box - not a real office. The letter inside states he wants to buy my property. No closing costs 8 day escrow. No real estate license is mentioned.

This sounds like on of those cons you hear about on the news - where some senior is conned out of the deed for their property- BEWARE
