I was scammed out of over $300.00! The company promised my order for over 3 months but it never arrived and would not refund my money! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

Fake site, total scam

DO NOT ORDER from this company. It is a total scam. I ordered in November for the holidays and never received any items. It has been 4 months now and they continue to offer me a discount and promises that it will come. I don't want it anymore. I just want my money back!

Rheahome is a scam

I purchased garlands for my home in November 2021. I was to receive my purchase within 7 to 10 days. Since I had not received I made contact through the email provided and was told order was on its way. A bogus tracking # given from California. Since I had not received I asked for a refund which emails have gone back and forth until end of January where the company has stopped responding. I am now out $130.00 with no garlands.

I placed an order back in November as well and as of yet I have not received my purchase. I also asked for a refund and the offered me 20% off and my order is on its way. Whe i questioned it coming from California and a refund, the emails stopped. As of now Im out about $130.00.

I ordered my Christmas decor in November 2021. Part of it came but it was broken and the quality sucked. I emailed and asked to return the product and for them to issue a refund and they responded with wanting to send me out another item. I told them no I wanted a refund due to quality and never receiving the rest of my items. I never received the rest of my order and they stopped responding to my emails. I am out over $300 from them!

Truely a scam

Ordered on Nov.5. Promised US shipping (it came from China) also had an international currency exchange fee put on my cc. It arrived on Dec. 20th. HORRIBLE product. Supposed to be two hanging baskets. Nothing like the pics on their website. I requested return instructions and a refund - no answers. I would never buy anything from them again. I wish that I'd read the reviews first.

Purchased wreath and garland combo on Nov 18th. Was assured it would arrive before Christmas and then after several emails back and forth I am now being ignored because I asked for a refund.
Websites says it ships from US. Tracking number is bogus and has never been updated.
I am reporting to BBB and asking my cc for a refund. So upset to be out $129. Lesson learned!

Ordered my Christmas decor in mid November, received an email saying it was shipped out on November 26, 2021. Emailed the customer service email address given, stating that there was no shipping or carrier information and could they please direct me to the proper one so I can track my order. To my delight they responded quickly and gave me what I asked for, with the added promise of asking the carrier to move things along quicker and that I would have it by Christmas. Well, it’s January 12, 2022 and the carrier website says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
This was as of 12/3/2021.
I have emailed multiple times and have been ignored since asking for a refund. Lesson learned.

I just read through the other comments. I've experienced the same issues. Ordered November 20, 2021 have never received items. $129.99 spent. Have included the Better Business Bureau on my email to company. Haven't heard a word from anyone. I called my credit card company and they provided a credit but that may be reversed after 60 days. What's weird, credit card statement shows PayPal, but there isn't any transaction history on my PayPal account for this expense. Never again.

I had the same experience as most of the others, I placed an order on November 12 for $129.00 worth of merchandise, I received an e-mail stating that it had been shipped on 11/26 and here we are on January 8 and I have not received what I ordered. I ordered it because the order page stated that it was shipping from the USA, but as soon as I ordered it all this Chinese writing showed up on PayPal. I would have never ordered it if I had any idea that it was shipping supposedly from China. I have emailed them twice with no response and of course the phone number is just as much a scam as they are! I am filing with Paypal and reporting RheaHome to the BBB.

It’s so beautiful and a great addition to my Christmas decorations! At first, I thought the box looked squished but realized that it was creative packing and the garland, trees, and wreath arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered Christmas decorations on Nov.17. Sent multiple emails and was told would be delivered before Christmas. It's Dec. 24th and no delivery. Also, phone number does not work! Dishonest and probably a scam

I just filed with Paypal, ordered $292 worth of Christmas decorations with expedited shipping. The tracking number they sent is fake, over 4 weeks and they do not answer emails. Phone number is fake also...

I ordered some Christmas decorations from Rheahome November 20. They said they were shipped December 5. I received a tracking number but carrier is unknown. Sent an email to them but received no answer. Phone number does not work either.

I ordered $192.95 worth of Christmas decorations November 22nd. I paid extra to have the items sent within 3-5 business days, it’s now December 20th and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent numerous emails and received emails back assuring me that the items had been sent but when I go to the site and click the link no information is available. The receipt is also half in Chinese, there was NO Chinese lettering until after I processed the payment. I’ve continued to email the contact letting them know that if I don’t receive a full refund that I’m contacting the BBB and sharing this with every scam website I can. I have not received a response since. This is a scam!

No merchandise received

Was shown on their site that would send from California. That was on Nov 6 and now it is Dec 18th...I was charged on Nov 8th...and after many msgs and promises, still have not received. Most definitely will never order from Rheahome again and will let others know of this very dishonest business, even though it apparently ships from China. Another RED FLAG.

I ordered Christmas decor on December 2, 2021 and my paypal was charged $235.94. All comments on the fb post said made and shipped in USA but my confirmation text from Paypal was in chinese. I have emailed them for refund because tracking number they sent says "not found" when I open the link. If this is a scam then I will dispute on my paypal account

I ordered hundreds of dollars of Christmas items from the people and had been waiting. The day I emailed them that I didn't receive my order, the same day I got an email that the items had been shipped, three hours later, I received another email that the order was delivered. I email them asking for the tracking # and the carrier. They emailed back to say the case is closed. I am pleading to all; this is the worst scam—the worst SCAN for Christmas.
