I was looking for a GTX 1969 and came across one that met my spectations good prize of 11910.00$ and got in touch with the owner a Dr Christian Nicholson a Senior Marine Biologist working with NOAA, he sent me all the information nedded like a copy of a passport with his allegedly photo a bill of shipment from ARC shipment bill very professionalto deposit to a CITI bank account in north Palm beach that did not work at all. I started the process and ARC did not respond call to the following number 941-763-6050 and a guy with an accent like from some where eastern countries. Then they send me another bank acount Bank of America for RHN Heavy Equipment and the first check was sent back and later the other check went thru before that there was another compani Silver Express. to me somebody from Bank Of Ameerica is involved on this scam because first did not work and later did work I tried to get in touch with a representative and it keeps sending me to talk to a machine.

Was looking for heavy equipment and initally contacted them through email. I have well over 50 emails from the company and somebody named Eric Olsen. We did get a phone call and asked some questions and everything seemed legit. Sent wire transfer to their bank account on 11/6/23 (my bank didn't initally want to do transfer but we thought it was due to us just having wired money when we purchased our house the week before) . Tractor was set for delivery on 11/20/23 but they sent an email about 4 hours before delivery was supposed to have been made saying that there was a trailer issue and they were rescheduling it until this week. Have sent multiple emails asking for a phone call with an update of what was going on with delivery. Today is the second delivery date still haven't heard from anybody, still waiting for an email update or a phone call.

Their phone number rings for a bit but you get disconnected everytime.

Contact your local authorities and your bank. My bank contacted Chase Bank and an investigation was done and I got my money back from Chase Bank. They wired back into my account after 60 days. This happened to me around the same time as yours. The bank moved my money to another account because apparently they knew it was a scam. But your bank will have to contact Chase bank and start an investigation.

Contacted RHN Heavy Equipment through the website after finding a 2018 John Deere tractor we were interested in purchasing. Bill of Sale completed and wire made. The tractor was scheduled to be shipped and was delayed again and again due to "mechanical" issues with the trailer. The tractor never showed up and the funds are gone and the account the money was transferred to has been closed. We have not been able to reach the Eric Olsen, who was the person who reached out to us. The phone numbers do not work but their website is still actively showing equipment for sale.

Please contact your local authorities and your bank. I had the same exact situation. My bank contacted Chase bank and after 60 days Chase bank wired the money back into my account.
