He initially sent tracking information hours after the transaction but the tracking information was incomplete as it said it was waiting on the package. After a couple of weeks of the tracking information not updating, I contacted eBay to intervene. eBay sent my inquiry to Joe aka rhymes with orange aka Golfer's edge aka Western golf shop. He asked that I close/resolve my original transaction on eBay and open a new transaction because the item was on backorder. Foolishly, I did and now eBay will not pursue this guy because I agreed to close /resolve my order. SMART MOVE, JOE! We communicated via eBay message and every time his response was that "the item is leaving for the warehouse in Florida". He is in Illinois. He's a total thief and needs to be shut down and prosecuted for his robberies!
