I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. But Rich and Clear does not deliver any items they claim they shipped. They have scammed so many people. Please report them to the Florida State Attorney Generals Office- https://legacy.myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Servi...⇄ They need to be held accountable.

Customer purchase items which are never shipped. Company charges for un-shipped products.

Ordered sept 23rd it’s Jan 6th won’t answer emails for a refund been a month scam do not order from them it’s been stuck in the same place and blame it on Covid when I text for updates unprofessional and I will take this to small claims court they will be seeing my lawyer

This company does not give their clients the products they order. You order then they send you a email saying its shipped with the tracking number. But when you try to track it the product never moves from the original place the label was created. The USPS says they never receive any items to ship. The company claims there is issues with the USPS but still nobody receives any items from them that they paid for. if you go on there Instagram account you can see all the complaints about never receiving any products they paid for. They are scamming people to buy products that they never will see and will not return people their money.

This company s a scam .. I ordered from rich and clear skincare or march 26, I still havent received package . Usps only have the shipping label but no product. Called customer service no one answers and they stopped returning email after I asked for my refund of over $100.
