I placed an order for a product on the Rich & Clear website on March 20, 2021. I received an email notification that my item was ready for shipping on 3/24/2021 and was provided tracking #9400111108400482944756 via USPS. Unfortunately, there has been no tracking updates since then nor have I received the product. The order was placed over 30 days ago and when I asked for a reshipment or refund they declined. Communication with the business has been unprofessional and unsuccessful in completing the transaction. I still have not received the product or a refund.
