Richard *** presents himself as a home investor and offers to put you on deed of trust on houses and asks you to give him money and he will give you checks but the checks are fraudulent.you will not be able to cash them bank of America will refuse to take them.when I called Richard and told him he will just tell you to wait and he will not pay you so do not do any business with this guy.Contact the District attorney and report him and also go see a detective. in some cases it is a felony if a person writes 3 checks with in five day period and the checks are fraudulent that is a felony that is the law in some States so check the law .
