Richard lee told me that he will send me some things that is so much expensive with a cash of money that is 40,000$ that is cost almost 2,000.000 in Philippines currency.

Then ask me to wait for an company cargo email.

I got an email from the company and it's shows me that I need to pay 40,050 for them to deliver the cargo to me. and Richard lee ask me to find ways to pay it..I'm reporting this for all of u to know and find ways how to catch this person so this will never make victim anymore.this is serious matter so I hope soon this will be trap my police authority.still I am having contact to him by WhatsApp so that is it's in need to contact him to catch him I have a chance to give it to police to connect to him.

I hope there's any idea or help to catch this person his from malaysia saying that his staying in USA right now.
