I was looking for a pug puppy to adopt or purchase and came across this website. Everything seemed legit at first but then after I sent part of the money it started to sound not legit. Then I did more research and found out that it was a scam and I emailed them for a refund but they won't refund me. I only lost 500 of the 900 they wanted but still quite a bit of money. I hope they can shut the website down.

I did an online search for pug puppies breeders in MN & WI. Richard Pug Homes was one of the results of the search. I investigated the website & decided to check on a puppy. I decided to purchase a puppy and from there things went downhill. The "breeder" only accepted cash via cash app or zelle app, when they didnt work, he wanted me to purchase giftcards. Naively I complied. Through the process of purchasing & trying to ship said puppy. I realized that there was never any puppy and that I was taken advantage of. Once I realized this & tried to get my money back, this person will no longer respond to my texts or emails.

We found them online, no issues found until after purchase. Used a fake shipping company that won't respond to messages or even have phone number. After numerous attempts of contact after calling them out after payment blocked all numbers we call from & will not respond to text or email. Took money via cash app but will accept money via cash app, paypal, and some zelle. Don't trust no matter what.

Our dog died. These people took complete advantage of our desperation to get a puppy. I didn’t know it was a scam until the next day.

They wanted us to send the. $900, said they were certified but wouldn’t show us any proof of certification, wouldn’t do a video chat so we can see the puppy before sending the money. I didn’t send the money because it was suspicious but wanted to report it so no one else falls for his scam
