Richard had a Facebook page with Richard's Mixed Breeds. I was worried about scammers, so tried to be careful. He has a website along with a fake delivery company, Global-Logistics-Shippers. He sent me pictures, live videos, sales agreement, a bill of sale and used his christian religion to convince me that he was not a scammer. He took a security deposit and delivery fee and asked me to use cashapp, or Zelle. We received emails from his fake shipping company with a tracking number. Obviously, he never delivered the puppy and he stopped messaging me after I would not cooperate. He used the "Pet Insurance" scam to try to get $800 from me as well and had his fake delivery company send me an email that they were stuck at the airport due to COVID restrictions and traveling with a puppy. His emails from his delivery company were from him as well.
