I went to this website as I wanted to buy a bearded dragon. I paid the deposit, then the rest of the total. I was told I had to pay $50 more for shipping even though the website states free shipping. After that i was told i needed to pay the carrier $250 to rent a special carrier in order for it to be transferred and delivered that would be mostly refundable upon delivery. I asked for my money back and they lowered the rental price. I still told them i wanted a refund and they said in two weeks. I do not believe it will happen.
