I received an email from an alleged consultant named Rick Fuller for an outstanding invoice for Business Coaching and

Development, as well as the VIP membership for **** *************. **** ************* is the executive director where I work

(Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance/MMSA). I was cleaning out my email like I do every morning, and I quickly glanced over

the email thread that was forwarded to me from Rick Fuller, which showed a conversation between someone posing as **** and

Rick about the invoice being outstanding. The person posing as **** put my email down, but not my name, because I am the staff

accountant at the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance. I saved a copy of the PDF attached invoice and Rick Fuller's W9, and

forwarded the email thread to **** to see which budget account she'd like the money allocated to. She followed up with me that

she's wondering what the invoice is for as she hasn't worked with this alleged consultant before. I replied back to her with the

description from the invoice and noted that this might be a scam because her work email didn't appear in the original alleged email

thread but showed her name. She confirmed in a follow up email that this is a scam. I am happy to share a copy of the invoice, W9,

and email thread if needed.
