I ordered a product from this company for $400 and $50 shipping. The item was supposed to be delivered April 13th but was never delivered.

The person's name I was talking to is William J Moore (probably fake) via Facebook Messenger. I was looking for more information regarding their product, specifically Rick Simpson Oil (RSO). When I ordered the product online the scammer said they took payments via Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay, PayPal or Bitcoin. I had trouble sending money via ApplePay so I used Zelle but was only able to send $1000 as it was the first time sending money to the person. I know better but went through with it. I found it interesting that there was different payment details for sending money via ApplePay and Zelle - if sending money via ApplePay, payment details were: 1 (346)516-6345, if sending via Zelle, payment details were Anita Aimufia, email: [email protected]. After I sent the money via Zelle - William demanded I send the rest via Zelle after I had already told him I had a daily limit of $1000. Then proceeded to ask I send the rest it via ApplePay - again I reminded him I couldn't send via ApplePay. The other strange thing was that he kept asking for screenshots of the payment. When I asked to have my order canceled and my money refunded because it was such a hassle he tried persuading me to send the rest of the money saying 'you have absolutely nothing to worry about' and their business was 'reputable with clean records on our sales', and also that he was a 'naturopathic physician and cannabis consultant and activist/advocate' and proceeded with sending what appeared to be pictures of himself with the RSO syringes in his hand. I asked a 2nd time to have the order canceled and my money refunded he then said if he shipped the full order and provided the tracking number would I pay the remaining $500. I simply asked him one last time to cancel the order and refund my money. He finally said ok but delayed in refunding me and gave me the runaround. Later that day I noticed he removed me from the Facebook group and blocked me. After sending him one last message he blocked me there as well.
