I'm selling my car on Craigslist, I had someone named Ricky text to see if it was still available. He said I must go to myvehiclereport.com to run a report before he takes a day off from work and gets a ride to my house so he knows what he is buying. The report costs $26. I told him I would run it once he came to my house and liked the car. He was insistent that I run the report, I did NOT run it. I told him to find another car and I did not hear back from him. Total scam!

BBB notice: If you fall victim to phishing scams on Craigslist be sure to report it to Craigslist and also report the incident to the FBI's internet Crime Center ic3.gov.
