Purchased a pool from this company and never received it I paid 200 for this pool for my grandkids they are heart broken They will not answer the phone or anything it has been 6 weeks since I paid for it

I ordered a pool for ,u grandkids when they came to visit. I have not yet received it I paid 200 for their pool they are so disappointed with me. My heart ache that this is a scam had no idea. Mainly because I was trying to go thru Walmart and they popped up omg can someone help me I don"t have money to give away like this can anyone lead me in the direction to get these [censored]. I just read all your post my god

I was looking to purchase a pool online, with the covid 19 it’s making it hard to find any local store’s that have any pools in stock. I just like everyone else was scammed out of money. $119 and was giving a tracking number and it just says waiting for package.
And it is still waiting for a few weeks now. This website looked legit. In a world that’s already suffering why must people continue to make people suffer even more. I just don’t understand.

I ordered the same pool! I finally got a pool 3 months later! However it wasnt the pool that i ordered. "Gina" basically tried to blow smoke up my butt, trying to make me believe I didn't order the pool i ordered, or the dimensions in inches are different in their country. Yes seriously. I to ordered this pool from this riccoshop for my grandkids, and believe you me every day they gave asked me if the pool has came yet. It's 110 here in amarillo texas! I'm so disappointed and now freaking furious. Im going to file fraudulent charges through my bank and then contact fcc or whoever and everyone to make a complaint against this company

I was searching for a pool to purchase online. Ricocoshop came up when I did an online search for pools. I ordered an above ground quick set pool for $119. The following day I received a confirmation email and the money was taken from my visa credit card. I have never received the pool and have not been able to contact anyone. I searched for the company on the ScamPulse.com website and they are not listed although on the Ricocoshop website they have the ScamPulse.com insignia. I searched today for scams on this site and someone else had the exact situation occur. Do not purchase anything from this scam.

I was looking for a pool, which was difficult to find online. I googled swimming pools and found a website that appeared to have one in stock & the price was about right. I purchased the pool through PayPal for $279 and when the transaction was complete I received an order confirmation and a bogus order#. However, I was never given a tracking number or an eta. I decided to email the customer service email and never received a response. Supposedly, I was to track the arrival of the pool through the ShopApp. The only information given was that the order was placed, but nothing ever progressed from there. Then, I looked them up on ScamPulse.com & sure enough, they were a FAKE. We are looking into filing a dispute about it & try and get our money back. Lesson learned. Never again.

i placed an order with this company, because at first glance the site seemed legit. the address what in a nearby town. When they charged my credit card, the charge came from the UK with no tax added to the cost. I though hmm. I called the number on their site and it has been disconnected. I emailed the three email addresses i found throughout the site, i heard nothing back over 10 days of emailing them. I googled the address and about 5 different internet sales companies show up at the same location. Total scam.

When making online purchases to unknown companies, I like to do my research. This company's website just seemed "off" to me, so I did a little extra digging. I tried to follow them on Facebook and Instagram as they had their logos attached, and also look them up on ScamPulse.com's website as well. Upon visiting the social media sites, I received error messages on both stating the pages did not exist. After logging on and searching their business name here on BBB, it came up with nothing, showing that they are obviously fraudulently stating they are accredited by you all.

At least that is what it seems to me. I'm not taking my purchase any further, as I do not trust it. Mostly, reading over the return policy seemed even more sketchy. Would hate for someone else to assume the best and get scammed.
