Was contacted by text about a job opportunity. I responded because I have applied for many jobs and thought this must be one of them. I was directed to chat with a company agent on Google Hangouts! Dustin Rosenstein was the agents name. After going through the interview (through chat only) I was advised I would receive a check to purchase materials for the position (Customer Care Associate). Dustin advised me to deposit the check and I would receive further instructions. I asked for a phone # to contact the company because I was advised I had the job but still had not spoken to anyone other than through chat. At that point Dustin said ok and I never heard from him again. This is some type of scam!!! I received a package from FedEx but did not open it!
