I was on Facebook on July 1 2023 and saw a site for USP Forever stamps that are retired for a discounted price. I purchased a small amount for $26.50 and put it on my Discover card. The following days I noticed emails from this site that seemed suspect. I did not click on any links because it seemed suspect. On further reading I realized I was scammed. I have not received the stamps yet. I did contact Discover and Paypal. Paypal informed me that my bank is aware of this situation, The representative at Discover suggested I report this to ScamPulse.com so I am
