I put my order in for a pair of dog boots in the beginning of oct. A few days later I received an email with the tracking #. This is what it said. "Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 3:20 pm on October 3, 2024 in TOTOWA, NJ 07512. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package". I am located in Staten Island, NY and shipments generally take only 1 day to get to me. Several days went by and the tracking said the same thing. No movement of the package and no update. I contacted RifRuf through their website and questioned them on the shipping delay. They assured me the package was on the way and to wait. Me, buying and selling online for decades am very familiar with shipping. I kept going back and forth with these people, telling them there is obviously a problem and the package is not coming to me. They started to ignore my emails until I put in a claim through their website. This was the only way they responded again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them reship me the order. They approved the claim a week prior to this complaint (Oct 11th) and shipped me out the replacement on 10/14. I received the tracking # and I get the same message. "Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 5:20 pm on October 14, 2024 in TOTOWA, NJ 07512 . A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." I contacted RIfRuf again and told them the package is not moving and should only take 1 or 2 days based on my location. They responded with the same exact generic answer they used the first time. They said they tracked it and it's on the way. I contacted the 3rd party shipping that supposedly was bringing my package to USPS and they told me that they never even received the item. I feel this people have been stringing me along the whole time, saying the package is on the way, when in fact it was never even handed off to any shipping carrier either time. Once I emailed them and brought this to their attention, they started ignoring me again. I put another claim in and they responded once again, saying it's on the way. They have not accepted my claim and now are ignoring me once again. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and they have been putting me through hell. If I ordered these boots somewhere else it would have taken a few days. These people are scam artists and liars.
