This website appears everything you might want at a glance. Small family owned, guarantees, shipping and delivery, best breeding and play location for Dachshund puppies. Contact information is only through support email on the initial page of the website, then other emails are given when it's time to send money after they contact you via your email address that is provided. The physical address or phone number of the business cannot even be found on the website itself. (https://rigbydoxies.com). There are some reviews on the site, which of course are not bad, and looks like the health guarantee section was last updated in November 2019. Reasonable for a breeding company, I would presume. The shipping and delivery looks seamless as they have been sending pups all over for 14 plus years now....without any apparent issues, until now.
This is the first time in my life I have ever complained about a business publicly. I sent half of my payment through Google Pay and the other half through Zelle. Two different recipients. $150 of the total cost was for air transportation to pick up my puppy from their chosen method of transportation (Easy Wave Shipping) to the nearest airport to me.
Their response time is slow but I thought surely this is all acceptable and seemed legit. I know breeding is expensive and I felt like under $1000 maybe I just got lucky to find such a great place. I have always loved this breed of dog and had several many years ago in my twenties.
I have decided to write this immediately rather than waiting for a response from the seller, as I know one is not coming and the likelihood of any type of refund is probably out of the question. After crying most of the morning, I am now just heartbroken and feel used. My pup should have arrived by noon today and instead it appears he is being held in Little Rock Arkansas (not at the Clinton Airport because I called them already) due to needing a "Electric Thermal Crate" before delivery can be complete. If a innocent 11 week old puppy is stuck in a "basket crate" at Easy Wave Shipping at an unknown location because they want me to pay an additional $900 to $1200 to RENT a different type of crate (allegedly this money is returned as soon as the pup is delivered) for transport, in sunny weather........ this is just ridiculous! Their website is: https://easywaveshipping.com/
See attached example of what Rigby claims, the shipping company says and just compare a little. Something isn't right and NO ONE deserves to be in a situation like this ever. I have several attachments, but am only allowed to add one in this next section. I have attached bits and pieces of various sections. My advice would be to read what is on the Rigby Doxies website and then compare to part of the email I received when I found out I would not be getting a delivery today. It's been a long time since I have been this upset and I hope no one ever has to go through it.

I received an email back asking where I live. Then they stated that they could fly the animal right to me or I could pick the puppy up at the airport. They stated once full payment was made, they would send me the certificate and information on pickup at the airport (the flight information) and that they use continental airlines. They only accept Zelle, GooglePay, and ApplePay as payments. I did not have any of these types of accounts so I set up an ApplePay account. When I went to send the money, my bank flagged the phone number as fraudulent and refused the transaction. I did more research online and found the same stories from other people that have been scammed (petscam.com).
I also noticed on their website that they state they have been doing this for 20+ years but the ScamPulse.com says they just began this business January 20, 2021.
