an page popped up on my lap top saying I had an intrusion and to call immediately. when I called it sounded like a microsoft tech help, so I let them into my lap top to unfreeze it and remove the virus. they said they installed firewall that would not let anyone else in. I am computer illiterate and believed them and was going to send a check but something clicked in me and checked into the company further and found out they are not affiliated with who they say and was told to not send them any money.
