I ordered earrings through a SHOP app. The earrings were never delivered because the courier could not obtain access to my home due to living on an army base. I emailed the business several times and was first told that the package had not been delivered. (No kidding!) After several more emails requesting a refund, they emailed back and said it had been delivered and I should contact the carrier. The listed phone number for the carrier is in China. They have refused my requests for refunds and explanations.
