I was buying a puppy from rioaustralianshepherd and the name of was Luna and they sent the contract to me everything seemed okay until it was time to pay. They wanted me to go through Zelle but my bank did not except Zelle so I said I can do PayPal but the person told that I had to press Friends and Family button. They told me that they never received the funds so I called PayPal and the funds were received by them and that is when I thought I was being scammed. PayPal and my bank also refused to give me the money back. This was reported to the Salem Police Department too Officer Brian Lawrence file # is 22-713-OF

Emailed these people numerous times and they finally gave me an address to go see the puppy I was interested in. It was an address in Florida. When I looked up the website it said it was located in Arkansas.
The thing they were mostly interested in was how I was to send the money for the dog.
They have avoided giving me a phone number to talk to them and were hesitant ot give me an address to see the dog before I paying for it.
I am pretty sure this is a scam and I'm working on getting an investigation on the web site and also the people involved in this scam.
PLEASE, DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL BE SORRY AND LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Total Scam. Hang up. I foolishly paid $1400 and they went blackout. They promised my puppies would be delivered to my local airport. Gave me their word, the whole bit. They said they have been in business 9 years. Don't believe it. Their phone is 501-506-5790. Their website is good and have pictures of very cute puppies. Don't give them 1 cent. I talked to him over the phone and through his thick Mexican accent, he assured me that that they would never tarnish their reputation. My next move is contact BBB.

Contacted these people via email about adopting a dog. They wanted information and money and when I asked for the name of their business they stopped contacting me.

My daughter worked with Rio Australian Shepherds to obtain a mini Australian Shepherd which she saved up for for months. She was sent pictures and information about the dog she chose from the so called breeder. They agreed to the terms and breeder charged her $700 for the dog and was responsible for shipping. My daughter does not have any online payment apps so she gave me the money and I paid the breeder on her behalf via Zelle. The next day the breeder sent us a picture of the dog in a crate getting on a plane. We received an email from the shipping Company stating that the dog was not dropped off in the proper carrier and we would have to pay $1830.00 for a thermal carrier. The breeder was supposed to take care of everything and when we tried to reach out to them we never heard back. We emailed, called, and texted. No response from them or the shipping Company. My daughter has now lost the hard-earned money she saved to buy the dog she has always wanted for her birthday. The name of the people she worked with was Antonio Cassy and Sardis Suna.
