A few weeks ago, I got a message from indeed because I was looking for a job. He (Jerry) stated he has a position open as a personal assistant since he was out of town. Asked for my work experience etc, and provided him that information. A week later got an email stating I received the job congratulating me. He also stated that this is a legitimate personal assistant job with pay of $500 a week. A week later he texted me with information about my first task. I was to receive funds to deposit into an account. There was confusion, but he wanted me to use the check to buy gifts for orphans and to keep $500 of the $4974.34 check. When I showed it to the bank, they told me it didnt look like a real check. They had to keep it and they gave me a copy. I believe it is a scam.
