Received Instagram ad about free board shorts. Product was not actually free received no order confirmation or has customer service been compliant

I purchased a pair of shorts from the website and I did not receive them within the shipping time, so I emailed the company asking what may have went wrong. They replied that management would contact me. I never got contacted by management so I have emailed them multiple times again asking for my money back and to talk to management and now I am getting no replies and they have my money.

Heads up to anyone thinking out buying from “Ripedwave.” Hundreds of customers have already gone on record saying they have not received their orders. Ripedwave immediately deletes any comment from Instagram (its major platform for advertising) that is not positiveand chooses not to include any negative reviews on their website, despite there being many. They also have a second website “outbarel.com” that claims to sell the same exact products as “theripedwave.com”. Their customer service ignores the simplest of requests, like ETA for an order, and instead will say the problem has been resolved before eventually stopping communication with the customer completely.

I ordered a single pair of board shorts over two months ago, have emailed customer service at least twenty times and have not received a reply from them for a month. With no other way to communicate with “Ripedwave” and no way to know when my order will arrive, if ever, I sit and wait while this scam for a company enjoys my money. There are many more stories just like mine all because of Ripedwaves extreme negligence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING.
