Contacted me to purchase car for sale at Cars.com. Wanted to send cashiers check for over the amount so we could pay the mover. I responded that we would only take the amount of vehicle. This person sent a cashiers check for $1500 over our $1900 asking price. Return address on flat rate envelope is 21711 N 7th St Phoenix, AZ 85024. Cashiers check drawn off of Freedom Northwest Credit Union in Kamiah, ID Signed by Gregory Garrett. After telling the person that I would not accept the check and was going to return it to the address on the envelope there has been no other contact. If I would have fallen for this, they would have $1500 cash, our vehicle, and I would have to repay the $3400 back to the bank totaling $5300.
