Ripples Advertised the wave iron on Instagram. I ended buying the iron through their website. After purchase they sent me a confirmation with tracking number After a week later of not receiving it I checked the ips tracking number and it never left their factory. The only way to contact them was through instagram messenger. No phone number or email contacts . I sent over 10 messages and They replied once and said they were checking on it and never got back to me. It is a scam. They took my money and never sent the merchandise.
