They offered a black Friday offer for an exercise tool called Ripstick to cover the shipping cost of the product for 3 to 5 shipping. It was never shipped. I received a confirmation email for the order 3678. I never received the product and when I emailed them they didn't respond to emails or calls. I filed a complaint with PayPal they are working on resolving the issue.
