I ordered candles from what I thought was bath and body works outlet. Turns out it's a scam. I can't get ahold of anyone to track the order, seems they just disappeared. No emails or tracking numbers. I'm out $47.00. I've since then read several reports similar to mine. This ad was on Facebook and looked so legit. I hope that this will help others from getting scammed.

I made a purchase on 12/04 for $64.01 on several items for the Willow Tree figuring. Same issues as others on this site. NO CONFIRMATION OF ORDER,NO EMAIL. My card was charged and still no items. Saw video and add from FB that's where I followed and made the purchase. Currently call my MC and reported the fraud.

On Dec 4 on Facebook I thought I ordered a Willow Tree product. I never got confirmation, tracking or shipping information and now that Christmas is almost here I can now assume this was a scam. I just would like my money refunded to my Discover card. I even tried to download my discover card account page but there was pop up from scammers.com that said they couldn't find the sight. On my Discover Card it says RiseTor.com 15270011972 GBR

On Facebook they claim to be bath and body works (cyber Monday) selling . 88 cent candles unlimited. $18.55 total purchase may not be a lot for some but that could've something on the table for me being disabled and suffer from migraines , or a Xmas gift for my grandson. Scammers don't think about the impact they have on someone when they do this just to get a quick dollar.

I saw some Christmas decorations on line from LOWES and ordered them. The charge from my checking account was from Risetor and of course I never have received what I ordered. Receit # 1015-9321 was ordered on 12/3/2023 $22.62. Not a lot of money, but I would like it returned or receive what I ordered.

The information presented as an ad on Facebook. It stated they were closing stores and had overstock items. Games, game systems, Funko. I bought it, hook, line and sinker.

On November 1 2023, I thought I was purchasing off of Facebook some large blow up Christmas balls for yard decoration. The charge was going to be $24. I filled out the information and never received a confirmation email so I called my credit card company a few days later to dispute the charge, it was charged form a company that says they have a clothing line. Online originally it had said for the Christmas decorations on Facebook that I was buying the from a website called big-shiny-balls.com. My credit card is in dispute with them now but obviously with no contact possible because they won’t contact you. It’s a scam. The statement raise the charge is from. RISETOR.COM BELFAST GBR, they stole $24.02 from me. Learned my lesson do not buy things from TikTok or Facebook unless you check their website out first and know you can contact them and they are legit. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
