I saw an advertisement and link to the "rivestore" website on instagram and clicked the link. I thought the "Galaxy star projector" listed on the website would be a great present for my nephew. I placed an order for one on April 24th 2019 and got an email confirmation and order number for the item shortly thereafter, as well as a contact email and package tracking support.

The item never arrived and several attempts to contact the seller via email (the only listed means of contact) have had no response. They promise a money back guarantee and refund, but again, I can't get in contact with anyone.

I am now out over $50.00 and have no product and no response from the company.

Hello,

I placed an order for a Galaxy Astro Projector back in April and never received it. I sent numerous emails, and only got one response, that it was on its way.

I placed an order with the Rive Store on April 29th, 2019. Today is May 16th, 2019. I ordered what is described on the rivestore.com website as an “Astro star projector”. I paid $29.95 for it using a debit card. I then received an email telling me that my order had been shipped, it said my order number was 3676. However, I received no tracking number. When I tried to track it through their website, I was told that my order is still being processed. The only way to contact them is to email them through their website, which I have done multiple times. I’ve never gotten a response, the website says that they usually respond within the hour that the email was sent. After doing some further research online about the company, I found multiple reviews stating that the company has taken customers money and never sending the products promised.
