made promises that were never kept, in the contract it states the deposit is refundable when he asked the tenant to move units he did not draw up a new contract and completely ignored all calls and text message. He promise they would have a key and be able to set their own ours to their store. After 2 months of trying to contact him he said that the tenant "ate" the deposit when the light bill (that the landlord pays) was higher due to the toilet running and that he was now not able to move into the new unit at all. This couple has been scamming not only tenants but the IRS as well, they have not paid taxes on any of their properties for years. They know exactly why they are only choosing to rent to certain ethnicities because they are wanting to do things illegally.
