Company uses Instagram advertising to show fake discounts on high end shoes. Customers pay online and to not receive the merchandise that they order - funds stolen. The company spoofs the websites of real shoe sellers. In this case, the Rothy’s brand. The company has a Facebook page where members of the general public have complained about the scam and its ties to China.

This is a screen capture of the Instagram ad. You can see the Rothy’s website spoofed...you can also see the www.reboots.store website. The header is completely different merchandise - scrubs and lab coats. The website has no contact information. But, there is a payment portal.
