This is a could be fraud! I made an order two months ago but their support staff keep telling me that the item I picked up from a distant warehouse and i need to wait for a longer time. They don't offer a specific date and time, and on their site, I don't see my order's status any more. https://zerothought.in/roadature/

Roadature scammed me! I purchased in July 4th because they had a sale going on and they cane up with a fake tracking device number. I waited over a month then the tracking number showed it was delivered.I have cameras and I was home all day and it never showed up. There email to this scam

I had bought 3 pairs of shoes from them and they sent me a tracking number that I now know is fake. I watched and waited for about a month for my package to arrive and when it didn’t I contacted them. The tracking number suddenly updated and said that it was delivered the day before at some ridiculous time in the morning. My main doesn’t come until around 2pm. They said that I could have been delivered to the wrong address but we talk to our neighbors they would have given it to me or my boyfriend. The package was never delivered. They gave me a whole entire run around claiming to open an investigation which was almost two weeks ago now and then crickets. I had to dispute it at my bank. There’s no way to contact them outside of email and at some point on the “tracking page” it asks for a review and you can read where they did the same thing to other people.
