Medication Apoquel manufactured by Zoetis was ordered from Roadrunner Pharmacy,711 E Carefree Hwy. Phoenix, AZ. Questions were posed as to how they could provide the Apoquel as they were not the manufacturer of the product, pharmacists stated they have the recipe to make the product. Per Zoetis the active ingredient in the product Apolquel is patented to them (ocoacitimalate) and is cannot be utilized by other pharmacy. Per Zoetis this medicine requires up to 12 months to manufacture. They falsely stated they could provide the product Apoquel to the same specifications (recipe), the product is not the same product and has no effect, causing great stress and additional illness to the animal.
