Called for assistance (844) 900-8697. Driver never showed up after two hours when they said it would be 30-60 minutes. Tried to call the number back to get a refund, no response. Charged $197.58 on my card and can't reach anyone to respond. Be ware, this is a total scam!

This company is known for taking people's money dishonestly. I contacted them for roadside assistance and paid them over $700, with the promise that they would arrive within a maximum of 2 hours. However, after waiting for two hours, they didn't show up. When I called them, they informed me that they wouldn't send a mechanic until the next morning.

I expressed my frustration to them, stating that if they couldn't keep their promise, they should refund the money I paid. The representative agreed to refund the amount but mentioned a transaction fee of around $57. I objected to this fee since they were the ones who failed to fulfill their promise.

After two days, they refunded only $350, which is less than half of what I paid. When I called them again, a different person answered and bluntly stated that this was their standard business practice. It became clear to me that these individuals are running a scam operation from overseas. I advise caution before engaging with them and making any payments.

Insisted on getting credit card information before they send a tow truck. Promised in 45 minutes only. 3 hours later still waiting. Called a true local company who was there 30 minutes later who did things promptly. Chinese accent on other end.

They proceed to constantly message me afterwards. I suspect an issue with the credit card information (i.e. they did not get things right) and it would not go thru.

Search for mobile tire repair near me. 'Kelly' answers and asks for details about damaged tires, location, etc. Also for picture of credit card and DL. Claims repair truck with tires will be there within an hour to 45 minutes. Charge for service 624. Says that driver will call shortly. After two hours and no contact they call back and ask for another 125 claiming this charge is necessary because the tires are new. They then said the driver was coming from a location 2 hours away and he was not yet started our way. Sensing a scam and because they had not done anything they promised, we verbally cancelled the service call. No service of any kind was ever received and they did not refund the charge of 624. They did send an email stating that they would process the refund if we agreed to a 312 dollar fee for Administrative costs. I declined and contacted the fraud department of my Credit Union.
