My order has never come in and I want my money back

I ordered Barbie Crocs for $85.00 from Roalert.com on 7/22/23. On 7/24/23 the $85.00 was taken out of my bank account (via Paypal) under a different company name. Roalert emailed me on 7/22/23 with a confirmation number stating that I would get my order within 5-8 working days, with free shipping via FedEx. It is now 8/25/23 and I never got my shoes, nor any other confirmation or communication via Roalert. My emails to them have been ignored and I can't get through to them via phone. I have since been in touch with my bank who is looking into this matter. I am hoping to get my money back...BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!

I purchased some UGG sandals for $125, using paypal at the Roalert website. Payment was confirmed to have been made to Brihmatmol at a hotmail e-mail account? I received another e-mail a day later from the e-mail [email protected] with a link to complete the purchase at the original website. Rather than making another purchase, this led me to contact Paypal and my credit card to dispute the original transaction.

Ordered shoes for $260. Cannot get an answer through the email support link. Phone says cannot be completed as dialed or gives a fast busy signal. I really wish I had done more research before wasting my money.

Ordered merchandise online.. Lost $260.. Says they are based out of TX. I wish I had Googled them and their reviews first, lesson learned. No response through email but they will email you if you look and don't buy to try to get you to come back and waste your money. Phone number gives fast busy or cannot be completed as dialed message.

Once the online purchase was "made" there was no communication about shipping details or tracking even though "FedEx" was mentioned in the order confirmation email. Tried calling and it was always busy - dial tone sounded international and contact@ and support@ emails were never returned regarding my order.
