If I could give this company a zero star rating, I would. First, they charge me US$20 extra than my order total. I emailed them and asked them to adjust, which was then corrected. Then they sent me clothes that were too small, too cheap looking, and awkwardly designed. I asked to return them. They refused to take them back and would not provide a return address. They offered me a $10 refund on $100 US dollar order. After weeks of going back-and-forth, they offered me $20 refund. Don’t waste your money. Buy from a reputable retailer, unless you want to throw your money away. #scam #fraud

I found the Roalove website on Instagram. I made a purchase on February 29th, 2024. Initially I was receiving weekly updates about the parcel’s location while in transit. Then suddenly the updates stopped. I reached out to Roalove and after a few exchanges, I was told that the parcel had to be returned because my address was not accurate and that they would ship me another product if I paid another fee for their loss and shipping fee. I asked for a refund.
