I placed an order and was paid for through Paypal which debited my personal checking account. This was done on Oct 5, 2024. Their tracking showed it was delivered Oct 27th but not to me. I informed them of this when I got their tracking system to work on 11/29/2024. I still haven't heard from them. I email them again on 12/6/2024 and still haven't heard from them. I ask for a refund because of the time that has gone by.
