I contacted this man through zillow about a house for rent on the site and he requested a deposit of 950.00 and rent as the same as we proceeded to finish up and do a walk through of the house he demands more money to be sent to him in Venmo are apple pay and then say that the state would not give him a acknowledgment letter to move to move in unless I send more money. I refuse and he kept insist anting that the house was mine only needed more money. After that I didn't send more and ask for my payment back his number was no longer in service.
