I am looking for a rental house. Found one on rent.com checked other websites to verify they where on Facebook marketplace and Craigslist. I was only able to talk via email or txt. Mr Robert cawvey and he's partner Henry lutz conned me out of 1100.00 for a rental home they fid not own nor was for rent. I con versed with Mr cawvey for a week and a half and even got a charity involved. I should have known something was up when Mr cawvey would not or absolutely refused to talk to the charity involved I had to do it for him by this time I had already paid 650 through venmo who guaranteed refund if product was not delivered. Well a month and a half later still trying to get a refund. If you can not talk to them over the phone or see them in person do not give them money. Do your research first may damn sure their not using dead peoples name check them out up and down first. Where I went wrong was not checking the history of the property or obituaries for their names.
