Sequel to my previous letter I sent to you, I have perfected the modality for the claim of this policy and since you bear the same last name with my deceased client you stand the best chance of securing this transaction with me. You should also know that it does not necessarily matter whether you are related to my deceased client or not, as an attorney to the deceased I am in the best position to present the next of kin.
