I found Robert Emler age 39 on Craigs List. He gave me an estimate on my leaking roof and stated thet he is licensed bonded and insured. He is a very large man and a bully and I am a frail old lady. He over chargerd me did not provide an invoice for me to review and ghosted me and has not come back to fix my screwed roof which I showed him and he aknowleged. He got mefor $12,000 for painting roof repair etc. He took tools, provided me with outdated receipts and chaarged me for tools, including a shop vac and a dewalt work bench, It all happened so fast and his loud voice an fat size intimidAted me. I got scammed and scarred.
