This scammer, "Robert Leroy" from phone number: 808-461-8832 just tried scamming my wife and I for $1,100 for a rental listed on Craigslist: https://anchorage.craigslist.org/apa/d/anchorage-updated-ranch-style-townhome/76...⇄ />
As you can see, Robert Leroy does not own any property at all in Anchorage, AK according to the Municipality of Anchorage's Property List.
Also, I found this other ad on apartments.com for the exact same property asking for a lot more money per month:
