Contacted by a friend who said she got $100,000 and to contact Robert McNeal on Facebook. Sent a friend request and he accepted. He gave a lot of BS about what this is. I told him I was suspicious and needed validation of who he was (agent of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistant-did not spell assistance correctly. We asked a few more questions and decided that our name would not just show up on a grant for $100,000 and it just sounded like a scam. I found the site for GSA for this catalog and did searches for this persons name. He kept pushing for us to continue so we could get our windfall but I kept saying I needed verification and validation of who and what he/this was. Finally we just shut him down. Then I did a correct search "Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Scams" and found this. What is listed here is exactly what happened to us but we shut it down before it went any further. Thank you God.
